Please DON'T come to Goa & to the JK. No matter what the others may say. The others have their eyes fixed on your Dollars hoping that some of them may fall into their pockets. I have no such designs for I am 92. And retired. And I have enough for my final days.
Instead, go to any of the other states. But, if for some urgent reason, you MUST come here, & venture out of your home, count the number of people near you. If you find more than two, get up quickly & run to the nearest open space. As if the devil were pursuing you. The jihadis like crowds.
